Rob Ten Brinke – General Manager

Rob grew up on a farm in upper Stoney Creek, and has resided between the country and city ever since. With SFS since 1997, Rob has worked through many roles before becoming GM. He leads the business and works with SFS leaders to find the best possible solutions, cost savings and outcomes for ever-changing intricate client needs. When he’s not working, he enjoys motorcycles, snowmobiles and the outdoors.

Kelly Browning – Operations Manager

Born, raised and still resides in Burlington Ontario, Kelly is all about Operations, with a close second in client development and management. She works closely with the operation team to manage the complexities of smooth logistics, ensuring team members and clients are happy at the end of the day. When she’s not working, Kelly is focused on family time with her husband and daughter.

Ron De Silva — Accounting Manager

Born and raised in Sri Lanka, Ron gained his accounting experience working for various public companies in Sri Lanka, Bermuda and Canada. At Service Freight, Ron is a skilled accounting leader, responsible for day-to-day oversight of accounting operations team, with a focus to produce timely and accurate financial statements. When he’s not working, he loves spending time with his children, travel, golf, cycling and outdoors.

Lindsay Smith — Pricing and Client Development

Born and raised in Burlington Ontario, Lindsay has lived in Calgary, AB and Victoria, BC before settling in Brantford Ontario. Lindsay began at SFS in administration, but quickly moved on to Operations before settling into the pricing role. Lindsay oversees pricing to ensure clients receive the most cost-efficient logistics services, as well, she manages clients from inside on a daily basis. When not working, Lindsay spends all her time with her family and loves anything to do with the outdoors.

Stacey Webb — Compliance and Strategic Project Manager

Stacey was born and raised in Hamilton, Ontario and moved to Burlington in 2004 to avoid commuting to work daily.  She started working at Service Freight in 2014 after her first child was born and quickly advanced from the Tracking and Tracing position to Compliance and Strategic Project Manager. Her focus is on ensuring SFS is compliant and safe with industry standards, as well as initiating and driving projects and development. When she is not working, Stacey is busy raising her two beautiful young children.
